  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • In the event of high order volumes or delays, processing times may be extended. We will notify you via email if your order is affected.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options to meet your needs.

Delivery Issues

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your building manager. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us at info@obro.com  and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
  • Kshirodha Handscraft is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means providing a replacement or refund.
